What Next?
The purpose of this video is to create awareness about what is available in Office 365 (Microsoft 365) from a business user point of view. This is the first step.
Once you learn about available Office 365 components, I am sure you will have some ideas about which app can be useful to you in what context. Now, you must try it out and see the benefits of using the new approach.
It may improve something significantly or it may give you a new and useful capability. In either case, apply it to your work requirements improve your efficiency.
The next step is to check if more people around you need to know about it. Many apps are designed for collaboration. Therefore, changing your own process may not be enough. Multiple persons involved in the process must know the new method / app.
This requires some amount of education and convincing. Take that effort and demonstrate the benefits to your team members, superiors, subordinates and external vendors. This way, everyone benefits from your knowledge and everyone becomes efficient.
