Can you show how to add custom fields in the actual task itself? For example- could I create a dropdown list of employees names in the task and assign it to an employee when I create the task? Thank you.
There is no need to have a drop-down list of employees in the Task. Choose Assign task option. Now you can type the email id of the desired person from the TO box.
