Many customers have deployed Office 365. However, the usage of all components is not optimal. That is why I wrote this short and simple Office 365 Storage Guide. Storing a document on a particular device makes it unavailable to even the person who created it. That is why, it should go on a cloud storage. In addition, files stored on the cloud are easier to share with others.
A simple but very useful method. All of us use AutoFilter in Excel. The dropdown shows unique values in the column. Sometimes we just want to see the rows with blank cells. Unfortunately, the (blank) item appears at the end of the list. If the data contains many unique values, you have to waste time and scroll manually to the bottom of the long list.
